today and the future. MKM-300-5 is specially designed for round or rectangular logs or even for both, to meet the customer's specific requirements.
The heart of the line is MKM-300-5 Log Planer. It is a massive, heavy-duty machine designed specifically for working logs. The MKM 300-5 can be integrated with various types of log feeding devices and conveyor systems, depending on the capacity and automation requirements.
Combining MKM-300-05 Log Planer together with a reliable blank feeding device and a flexible stacking station to one integrated system, The Log Planer Line can produce profiled log blanks for several notching lines. E.g. when producing a log profile Ø 200 mm, the working speed is approximately 10 m/min. Accordingly, the total machining capacity will be approximately 190 m3 / 8 h. The Makron Log Planer Line has the structure, power and adjustment to take end products of up to 300 x 300 mm in diameter, and length up to 14 meters.
