Production Lines

Makron cellulose fibre production technology provides a full package for manufacture of cellulose fibre insulation, from machinery to training of the personnel. The manufacturing plant is very compact, versatile and efficient.

Makron cellulose fibre production lines:

1. Fibretec 2000

• Capacity 2000 kg/h
• Automated paper feeding with shredder
• Automated packing system with hydraulic packing press and flat foil packing unit
• Automated control on dosing of paper and chemical additive

2. Fibretec 1500 Basic

• Capacity 1500 kg/hour
• Manual paper feeding system
• Packing system for paper sacks
• Semiautomated process control

At option: Automated control on dosing of paper and chemical additives

3. Fibretec 1500 Advanced

• Capacity 1500 kg/hour
• Automated paper feeding with shredder
• Advanced packing system for plastic bags with hydraulic packing machine
• Semiautomated process control

At option: Automated control on dosing of paper and chemical additives

4. Fibratus 750 Basic

• Capacity 750kg/hour
• Manual paper feeding system
• Packing system for paper sacks

5. Fibratus 750 Advanced

• Capacity 750kg/hour

• Advanced packing system for plastic bags with hydraulic packing machine
• Manual process control

The following amounts of raw materials will be needed for producing 1000 kg cellulose fibre insulation:

• 810 kg recycled paper (sorted, dry newsprint)
• 120 kg boric acid (H₃BO₃)
• 70 kg borax (Na₃B₄O₇*10H₂O)
• 67 paper or plastic sacks for packing
• 1,67 working hour (2,5 persons) (Fibretec 1500)
• 0,67 h x~ 400 kW electric power (Fibretec 1500)

Production capacity of Fibretec 1500 cellulose fibre factory is approx. 1500 kg/hour.
